Stephen is passionate about technology, marketing, and client service, and he’s fascinated by details and numbers, especially big ones. With over 15 years of full-time experience in digital marketing at various agencies and organizations in New York City, he landed on a few primary areas of focus: digital media buying (strong focus on social channels), SEO/SEM, analytics, digital/social media strategy & account management.
Before joining Rational 360 in 2021, Stephen was the EVP of Digital at CA Creative, a NYC-based digital agency, for six years, and prior to that, he created and led the Performance Media team at Tenthwave Digital (currently dba Accenture Interactive) since its founding in 2011.
Stephen has been directly responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars worth of digital advertising served across paid social and paid search channels in the US and beyond, with long-term clients including eBay, Facebook, DirecTV, Crayola, Watches of Switzerland, Marriott (EDITION Hotels, Moxy Hotels), Flower Beauty (Drew Barrymore), Jim Beam, Knob Creek, Canadian Club, Courvoisier, ShurTech (Duck Tape), CBS (Star Trek), Simon Malls, Time Out NY, Cape Cod Potato Chips, Tetra Pak, The Peninsula Hotels, Saturday Skin, SkinMedica, Amore Pacific, Estée Lauder (Dr. Jart+, Bumble + bumble), One Kings Lane, various NYC-based real estate developers, and more.
