Sarah Callahan

Sarah is an accounting operations professional with experience in accounts payable operations, billing operations, financial analysis, and process improvement. Sarah brings over 6 years of leadership experience helping organizations and people grow. She’s passionate about building strong processes and promoting collaboration. 

Prior to joining Rational 360, Sarah served as Billing Manager at Transflo, where she led billing operations and process improvement through ERP implementation and enhancements. Before that, she was Senior Manager, Accounts Payable at Hub Group, where she led AP operations and ensured company profitability of a $5B operation. She holds a master’s degree in business administration and always looks to learn. 

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys CrossFit and Strongman, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
