Rebecca DeLong

Rebecca DeLong (known to most as Bex) is a graphic designer who brings a strategic, concept-driven approach to every project, from brand identity systems and packaging to digital campaigns, email, web, and environmental design.

Prior to joining Rational 360, Bex worked at Transwestern and LPK, where she led projects from concept through execution, developing cohesive brand systems, managing multi-channel deliverables, and ensuring consistency across touchpoints.

Bex holds a BA in Graphic Design and a BS in Marketing from the University of Alabama. A Southern California native, she has spent the past four years making DC home — one new restaurant and rare matchbook find at a time.
