Raylene Parkinson

Raylene is a communications professional with deep experience in strategic communications, media relations, and reputation management. Prior to joining Rational 360, Raylene worked at Ketchum and Team LEWIS, supporting communications strategies and event planning for non-profits, startups, legacy technology and cybersecurity brands, and leading healthcare companies. She is skilled at translating complex topics and data into clear narratives, driving social engagement, media coverage, and meaningful impact. A DC-area native, Raylene is a graduate of American University, where she obtained a degree in Public Relations with a Marketing minor. In her free time, she loves to play volleyball and explore new restaurants.
