
Pat McMullen is a Vice President of Digital at Rational 360, where he leads integrated digital strategy and paid media programs for corporate, public affairs, and reputation-driven clients. He brings deep expertise across the full digital ecosystem—spanning channel strategy, audience development, creative alignment, and analytics—to build campaigns that influence opinion, shape narratives, and drive measurable outcomes.
Before joining Rational 360, Pat served as Vice President of Paid Media, Innovation & Strategy at Burson, guiding high-impact digital initiatives for clients including Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Dollar General, Barefoot Wines, and JBS Foods USA. His background includes leadership across social, search, programmatic, and emerging platforms, along with extensive collaboration with creative, analytics, and senior strategy teams to develop modern, multi-channel digital programs.
Pat holds a B.S. in Political Science from The Catholic University of America and lives in Alexandria, Virginia.
