Mandy Legg is the Controller at Rational 360, where she oversees all aspects of financial operations and accounting, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her ability to simplify complex processes and keep things efficient, Mandy brings over 14 years of leadership experience helping organizations grow while staying financially sound. She’s passionate about building strong systems and fostering collaboration.

Prior to joining Rational 360, Mandy served as Division Controller at Hub Group, where she led financial operations for a $1B revenue division. Before that, she was Director of Accounting at Choptank Transport, where she played a key role in positioning the company for acquisition and integrating systems post-merger.

Residing in Maryland, Mandy holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Notary Public.
