
Mallory Snyder is a Director at Rational 360, where she transforms data into decisions for Fortune 500 companies, leading trade associations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to Rational 360, she developed research methodology for leading brands including TikTok and Sephora at Material, a global insights and strategy firm. Mallory previously worked at Hart Research Associates, where she shaped national campaign strategy through quantitative and qualitative research, supporting clients including Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, the ACLU, and the Human Rights Campaign. She also served as a Research Assistant at the Computational Social Science Lab at the University of Pennsylvania.
