Madison Bailey is a digital professional with experience implementing fundraising and advocacy campaigns for political candidates, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit organizations.
Madison is from a small town near Richmond, Virginia and graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Communication. Prior to joining Rational 360, she managed email and SMS fundraising campaigns during the 2024 election cycle. After the election, she transitioned to implementing paid media advertising campaigns for nonprofit clients, which led her to her current role as a Digital and Ads Associate.
