Kate Brennan

Kate (Kamber) Brennan is a Senior Vice President at Rational 360, where she leads digital-first communications strategies that move the needle in business, policy, and public affairs. With more than a decade of experience, she specializes in high-impact campaigns that influence decision-makers and deliver measurable outcomes.

Before joining Rational 360, Kate was a Vice President at Edelman, where she helped shape the firm’s Global Business Marketing practice. She led integrated campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and major trade associations, reaching stakeholders across industries and continents — from offshore energy influencers in Nigeria to K–12 education leaders in underserved U.S. school districts.

Kate’s approach blends technical fluency with strategic foresight. Her background spans publisher ad sales, product marketing, public affairs, and website development, equipping her to bridge cross-functional teams and align communications with bottom-line goals. Earlier in her career, she served as a Project Manager at DDC Public Affairs, where she launched more than 150 advocacy, fundraising, and employee engagement campaigns for clients such as American Airlines, Comcast, Boeing, JPMorgan Chase, and AstraZeneca.

Kate holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Virginia and is certified in both Google Ads and Google Analytics.
