Jolene Rencher

Jolene Rencher is the Head of IT at Rational 360, where she leads the firm’s technology strategy, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity initiatives. She ensures seamless IT operations, optimizes workflows, and enhances security protocols to support the firm’s growth and innovation.

Before joining Rational 360, Jolene served as IT Manager at Penta Group, where she spearheaded global IT initiatives, vendor management, and cybersecurity enhancements. She has also held IT leadership roles at Apple Inc, specializing in operations, team development, and enterprise technology solutions.

Originally from San Diego, CA Jolene holds a Bachelors degree in Sports Medicine and Community Health from Howard University and a Masters degree in Public Health, Health Education, and Promotion from Walden University.
