Jaylah Grimes

Jaylah Grimes is a public relations professional with experience in strategic communications and public affairs. Prior to joining Rational 360 as an associate, she completed a fellowship with the firm supporting clients across healthcare, nutrition, and public policy. She has experience with nonprofit and community work, advocacy projects, and conducting research focused on social issues.

Jaylah is a Florida native and graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology of Social Justice & Policy.
