
Emma is a Director at Rational 360 with a background in strategic communications across the public and private sector. Her work focuses on brand and executive visibility initiatives, media relations, and integrated campaigns intersecting reputation, policy, and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining Rational, Emma worked at Burson, where she helped shape brand and thought leadership programs for technology clients and played a key role in developing coalition and advocacy efforts around policy priorities. In that role, she worked with client teams to execute earned media strategies, elevate executive voices, and advance broader public affairs campaigns.
Previously, Emma worked at Padilla, where she drove earned media strategy for technology and B2B clients. She began her career at Blakey & Agnew supporting strategic communications for transportation trade associations, developing advocacy messaging, and strengthening stakeholder engagement. Before that, she interned at Unlocking Potential, Carly Fiorina’s nonprofit, where she managed digital content and external communications.
A D.C. Native, Emma holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from James Madison University.
