Dino Nzanga

Dino Nzanga is a Director at Rational 360, where he brings extensive experience in strategic communications, digital advocacy, and reputation management to Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to joining Rational 360, Dino served as an Associate Director at APCO Worldwide, where he spearheaded digital campaigns and crisis communications strategies for prominent clients including the Nuclear Energy Institute, Association of Dental Support Organizations, United Negro College Fund and Meta.

A recognized leader in social listening and digital analytics, Dino has developed data-driven strategies for crisis management and brand protection while serving as a regional platform manager. He has successfully led strategic website optimization projects and digital advocacy campaigns that have significantly advanced client objectives.

Earlier in his career, Dino worked for House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (MA-5), where he supported legislative staff on key issues including public health, education, and departmental appropriations.

Originally from Seattle, Dino holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University.
