Daniel Martínez is a Digital Campaigns Director at Rational 360, where he brings his experience in digital marketing, strategic communication, and program management to corporate clients, public affairs campaigns, and advocacy organizations.

Before joining Rational 360, Daniel served as a Digital Campaigns Director at Blueprint Interactive, where he led multimillion-dollar media buys for high-stakes elections and advocacy campaigns across multiple states. He directed digital operations for major battlegrounds during the 2022 midterms, the 2024 general election, and critical Wisconsin Supreme Court races, building a track record for performing under pressure in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.

At Rational 360, he translates that breadth of experience into digital strategies that are both analytically rigorous and grounded in how real audiences behave. He has a particular focus on technological optimization and AI adoption, and has applied that interest across corporate, political, and public affairs work.

Born in Colombia and raised in Boston, Daniel is a native Spanish speaker with firsthand experience working across cultural and linguistic contexts. He holds degrees from Harvard College and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
