Casey Kincheloe

Casey Kincheloe is Senior Vice President of Creative Services at Rational 360, where she leads the agency’s expanding creative practice and partners with clients to build standout brands, elevate digital experiences, and launch integrated campaigns that move audiences to action. Known for connecting design thinking with public affairs strategy, she helps corporate, nonprofit, and advocacy organizations deliver high-impact creative that is both insight-driven and outcomes-oriented.

Previously, Casey served as Senior Vice President at Beekeeper Group, where she led the firm’s creative team and guided major rebrands, website overhauls, and cause-driven marketing initiatives. Before that, she co-founded and led the creative services division at Pivot Point Communications, delivering award-winning branding, marketing, and PR campaigns for associations, nonprofits, and corporate clients.

She holds a BFA in graphic design and painting from Louisiana State University and a master’s in design management from Pratt Institute, an MBA-style program for creative leaders.

A Louisiana native now based in Virginia, she spends weekends cheering at her two kids’ games, helping with scout activities, and finding any excuse to be outdoors with her husband.
