
Caroline Fuss brings a research and advocacy background to Rational 360, with experience at the intersection of health policy and advocacy.
As Senior Research Analyst, Caroline supports research-driven communication strategies that translate complex research and policy landscapes into actionable insights and evidence-based messaging. Prior to joining Rational 360, Caroline managed global policy research at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, where she supported communications and advocacy campaigns. She also served at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, supporting agency-wide operational changes and policy research initiatives.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Kansas State University, and a Master of Public Health from George Washington University.
