Beatriz Wyatt

Beatriz Wyatt is a public relations and communications strategist with over nine years of international experience driving integrated campaigns, elevating brand reputation, and securing media coverage across U.S. and Latin American markets. Her work spans government, nonprofit, corporate, and lifestyle sectors, where she blends data-driven insights with compelling storytelling to create meaningful engagement and measurable results.

Before joining the team at Rational 360, Beatriz served as a Project Manager at a full-service digital communications agency in Alexandria, VA. There, she led cross-functional campaigns and provided strategic counsel to clients in healthcare, education, and business development, managing media relations, content strategy, and performance analytics. Earlier in her career in Brazil, Beatriz led communications for a new business investment, where she launched a successful activation in one of South America’s largest shopping malls and supported additional campaign initiatives. She also drove regional public relations campaigns at DPaschoal, placing high-impact stories across media outlets that elevated brand awareness and shaped company culture.

Beatriz is also the founder and content creator of One PR Abroad (Uma RP no Exterior), a platform dedicated to helping aspiring international communications professionals build global careers. Through this initiative, she has published thought leadership pieces, delivered keynote speeches, and mentored early-career PR professionals. She frequently speaks on topics related to cultural communications and international public relations. Most notably, she was a featured speaker at the Gramado Summit, the largest innovation conference in Latin America, where she shared insights on building a PR career abroad and cross-cultural storytelling strategies.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas and is fluent in both English and Portuguese.
