
Avni is a strategist with experience leading digital public affairs and issues advocacy campaigns across a range of industries, including energy, beauty, and automotive. She specializes in content development, brand strategy, social media, and influencer engagement, helping organizations build compelling narratives and reach key audiences online. Drawing on both agency and in-house experience, Avni develops integrated strategies that advance clients’ communications goals.
Prior to joining Rational360, Avni led the digital media practice at the Personal Care Products Council, the national trade association representing the beauty industry, where she executed digital public affairs campaigns supporting state and federal legislative priorities. Previously, she worked at CRAFT Media/Digital, where she helped develop and execute strategic campaigns for trade associations, national publications, and financial institutions.
Avni holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland and an M.A. in Communication from Johns Hopkins University.
