Throughout his career, Aaron has led data-driven awareness, engagement, and performance marketing campaigns that produce tangible results tailored around individualized KPIs.
Before joining Rational 360, Aaron was a Paid Media Manager at Hill & Knowlton Strategies, where he leveraged industry trends and analytics tools to identify opportunities to maximize ROI for large consumer and B2B brands.
He previously worked as a paid media strategist managing multimillion-dollar social, SEM, and display lead-gen campaigns for a leading not-for-profit online university.
Aaron graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations.
