Creative Services Practice Focus of Rational Growth Strategy 

WASHINGTON, D.C. — February 19, 2026 — Rational 360, a leading full-service communications and digital marketing company, announced the appointment of Casey Kincheloe as its inaugural Senior Vice President, Creative. The new role represents a significant milestone in the Rational 360 growth strategy, rounding out its strategic communications services, digital strategy, and intelligence reporting with performance-driven creative services. 

Rational’s creative services will support meaningful communications strategies for clients. This growing line of services will span video production, animation, print and physical media, digital and interactive media, full-integrated campaigns, and brand-system development. These services will be based on strategy, working in tandem with creative to raise visibility, build trust, and produce real results. 

Kincheloe brings nearly 20 years of experience leading creative work across consulting environments. Prior to joining Rational 360, she held senior creative leadership roles at Beekeeper Group and Pivot Point Communications. She worked closely with global brands including L’Oréal, Zillow Group, Liberty Mutual, International Dairy Foods Association, and Lippincott, an Oliver Wyman company.
