Rational 360 Adds GOP K Street Veteran Stephanie Strategos Polis as Managing Director
Company expects $70M in revenue in 2026, driven by Pinpoint Targeting, the most advanced decision-maker targeting in the market
WASHINGTON, D.C. — March 12, 2026 — Rational 360, a leading full-service communications and digital marketing company, announced today that Stephanie Strategos Polis joined the company as Managing Director. Polis brings more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and reputational management across government, association, and corporate sectors.
In her new role, Polis will advise clients navigating challenging policy, regulatory, and reputational environments, providing counsel on communications strategy, advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. Her appointment further strengthens the Rational 360 senior leadership team and capabilities as organizations increasingly seek integrated communications strategies that bridge policy and public affairs.

Polis most recently served as Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications at the Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS), where she oversaw national communications initiatives and led integrated campaigns representing the plastics manufacturing supply chain, sustainable innovations, and the more than one million workers across the $551 billion industry. Prior, Polis drove successful public affairs on behalf of the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA). Her proven track record has been validated through her completion of the National Review Institute Fellowship program.
