Hannah Holzer

Hannah Holzer is a public affairs professional with experience in strategic communications, policy research, advocacy, and political analysis. Prior to joining Rational, she was an Associate at Hilltop Public Solutions, where she supported multi-state public affairs campaigns through research, writing, media monitoring, and digital communications. She also served as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and began her career on the Government Relations team at the Progressive Policy Institute. Hannah is from Chevy Chase, Maryland, and graduated from Tulane University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Strategy, Leadership, and Analytics.
