Maggie Jia

Maggie Jia is a Digital Associate at Rational 360, where she supports digital communications and AI and automation initiatives. Before joining Rational 360, she interned with APCO Worldwide, where she supported clients across the technology, energy, and consumer sectors. She has also worked on projects with DoorDash and the City of Boston’s Office of Emerging Technology, focusing on AI governance and climate-tech innovation. Maggie holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, where she concentrated in Business and Government Policy, and a Bachelor of Science from New York University, where she studied Media, Culture, and Communication and International Relations. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys trying new restaurants and cafés, playing tennis, and traveling.
