
Maggie Allard is a Senior Vice President at Rational 360, where she helps Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, advocacy organizations, and coalitions navigate complex communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement challenges. With more than a decade of agency experience, Maggie specializes in developing integrated campaigns that align communications strategies with business and policy objectives.
Maggie brings deep expertise across the energy and agriculture sectors, advising clients on issues including energy infrastructure, renewable fuels, trade, sustainability, and agribusiness. She has helped organizations engage policymakers, industry stakeholders, media, and local communities on complex issues at both the state and federal levels.
Prior to joining Rational 360, Maggie served as Senior Vice President and lead of the Energy & Agriculture Practice at Adfero, where she oversaw integrated communications campaigns and advised executive leadership teams on stakeholder engagement, executive visibility, thought leadership, advocacy, and reputation management.
Known for combining strategic narratives with audience insights, Maggie develops communications strategies that build stakeholder trust and advance business and public affairs objectives.
Maggie was recognized as a 2024 PRNEWS Top Women honoree. She holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
