Tricia Primrose Joins Rational 360 as Partner


Corporate and Tech PR Veteran to Split Time Between Washington, DC and New York City Offices




Tricia Primrose, former Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications at AOL, has joined Rational 360, an independent, strategic communications and digital agency, as a partner.  Trish, a communications veteran with corporate, consumer, brand and crisis experience, will apply her unique expertise to expanding the firm’s work in media, entertainment, technology and other sectors.

The architect of the communications strategy for AOL’s successful public offering (2009 spin out from Time Warner), Trish has advised CEOs, developed communications strategies for billions of dollars in domestic and international M&A transactions and has overseen consumer brand communications strategy, including consumer product rollouts and the introduction of new brands to both consumers and the advertising marketplace.  During her career she has also developed and executed communications strategies for public companies faced with challenging business issues including corporate restructurings, business-model changes, litigation, government investigations and global downsizing events.

Prior to AOL, Trish was a senior executive in communications at Time Warner. In this role, she leveraged world-class entertainment franchises (Warner Bros.’ Harry  Potter films, HBO’s Sopranos and Sex and the City, New Line Cinema’s Lord of the Rings trilogy) to enhance Time Warner’s corporate positioning.  Previously, Trish was an Executive Vice President at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery, a leading corporate and financial communications firm.  A graduate of Georgetown University, Trish has held leadership positions with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and EMILY’s List, and served as Communications Director for U.S. Senator Richard Shelby during his first Senate term.
