Dayesha is a Public Relations professional with experience in strategic and digital communications. Before joining Rational 360, Dayesha was a fellow for Bayer and interned for the United Negro College Fund, Dawn of Hope, and the Howard County Educational Federal Credit Union.
She received her B.A from Howard University in Strategic, Legal, and Management communications with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. She then received her M.S from the George Washingon University in Strategic Public Relations, concentrating on healthcare communications. Dayesha is a current doctoral student at Howard University studying Communication, Culture, and Media Studies with a focus in healthcare communications. She is passionate about uplifting the community by decreasing the disparities in underserving communities and improving health equity across the board.
