Andrew Truhan

Andrew Truhan is a paid advertising professional with experience in paid campaigns across social, streaming, and linear platforms. Prior to joining Rational 360, he worked in paid advertising at Rising Tide Interactive, a full service digital agency where he worked on impactful political campaigns in the 2024 cycle. In addition, he previously worked on a U.S. Senate campaign and served as a congressional intern for former Congressman David Trone. 

Andrew is a native of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, and graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University (MD), with a B.A. in Political Science. While at the Mount he served as Student Body President, and as the student representative on the institution’s search committee for its 27th President.
