Rasheia Harris is a digital media strategist with experience in executing campaign strategies for Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, startups, government agencies, political candidates, and more.
Prior to joining Rational 360, Rasheia was on the advertising operations team at GMMB, where she helped the largest digital campaign in the history of democratic politics. With an integral role in implementing the digital efforts for other successful state and local elections and ballot initiatives – including Kim Foxx for Cook County State’s Attorney and the Colorado Proposition EE – Rasheia was able to broaden her skills in digital fundraising, audience activation, and hyper-targeted ads for election, issue, and advocacy campaigns.
Before joining GMMB, she was on the digital advertising team at DDC, where she delivered performance-driven campaigns for clients primarily in the healthcare, nonprofit, transportation, education, and energy sectors.
Rasheia holds a BA in retail marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
