Molly Hall is a Director with Rational 360, where she supports a diverse array of clients across the healthcare, non-profit, and other sectors. Molly uses her unique combination of policy communications and public affairs experience to turn complex policy initiatives into compelling, relatable storytelling to resonate across media channels. Leveraging her policy expertise in healthcare, financial services, cybersecurity, national security, and other issues, Molly manages communications and advocacy campaigns designed to build support for multifaceted policy solutions.
Prior to joining Rational 360, Molly was a Senior Account Executive at Cambridge Global Advisors where she worked with clients to execute strategic communications plans to shape public perception and opinion on primarily cybersecurity and national security issues. Major media accomplishments included securing interviews with The Washington Post, Buzzfeed, and Financial Times and securing meetings with the editorial boards of the Wall Street Journal and the Chicago Sun-Times. Furthermore, Molly coordinated and managed the firm’s internship program, helping to grow and inspire the next generation of communication leaders.
Previously at Burson-Marsteller, Molly gained experience in public relations and project management for the firm’s Key Client Relationship program, working with the most experienced client leaders to meet the needs of Fortune 100 clients. Before moving to Washington D.C., Molly worked in the Michigan House of Representatives for the then-Chair of the Health Policy Committee and before that, for the then-Chair of the Michigan Senate Economic Development Committee.
Molly holds a B.A. in International Relations and German from Michigan State University.
