Marissa Sandgren is a communications and advocacy professional with diverse experience in event management, grassroots organizing, and public affairs.
Prior to joining Rational 360, Marissa worked at The Enough Project, a non-profit organization focused on mass atrocity and genocide prevention through reporting, mobilizing grassroot advocates and influencing public policy from Capitol Hill. At Enough, Marissa developed issue-based campaigns geared towards driving legislative action and educating key stakeholders. She also led planning and management for events like advocacy trainings, lobby days, and a large-scale foreign policy summit. Marissa’s political experience includes serving on a gubernatorial campaign and with the Democratic Party of Oregon.
She is an Oregon native and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College.
