Charles Yarborough serves as a Senior Associate, Writing and Analysis, at Rational 360.
Prior to this role, he interned at the Office of Majority Leader Hoyer, drafting official constituent correspondence and supporting the cases of Maryland residents. He also worked as a Research Clerk at a major government relations firm, focusing on energy, technology, foreign affairs, and other issues, for national and international clients. He did research and media monitoring for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and trained staff for a successful Congressional race in the field.
Charles graduated with B.A. in Political Science from The University of Chicago, and M.A. degree magna cum laude from The Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Program in Government. His master degree thesis received the Annual Award for Best Thesis on Government and Technology.
Charles is a resident of Bethesda, Maryland. He enjoys bicycling, reading history, and watching movies.
