Rational 360 helped GE launch and roll out an engaging campaign, Faces of GE, to spotlight the people behind the company’s success, including employees, suppliers and community partners across the country, and help them advocate for company priorities. We helped develop the overall grassroots campaign and produced a range of public content and additional materials, including:

  • Conducting dozens of one-on-one interviews. We conducted a series of individual interviews with dozens of GE employees and suppliers to develop content illustrating both their personal and professional lives. This content became the basis of the Faces of GE website and campaign.
  • Designing a suite of amplification materials. Using compelling vignettes and themes from our interviews, we designed a suite of collateral materials to amplify the subjects’ individual stories – and the project – online, including Q&As, shareable quote graphics, and photo collages.
  • Supporting promotional internal communications. Rational 360 drafted emails on behalf of senior GE executives to raise the profile of the initiative and drive traffic to the website.
