Alyse Conn-Powers is a communications and public affairs strategist with experience in the federal government, political campaigns, and private institutions.
Alyse comes to Rational 360 from the White House, where she managed a team of staff and interns to facilitate requests for correspondence from constituents, Members of Congress, and other White House Offices. She ultimately served as the Director of Military Correspondence, streamlining the request process for service members and civilian employees of the Department of Defense and White House Military Office. Prior to her time with the Obama Administration, Alyse worked in a digital strategy firm helping Democratic campaigns and issue advocacy groups conduct effective outreach and optimize fundraising opportunities.
Originally hailing from Bloomington, Indiana, Alyse graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs focusing on Public Finance and Policy Analysis from Indiana University, where she also studied comparative public policy and administration abroad in Germany and Poland.
